INSURANCE ACCEPTED

I am an authorized provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and UnitedHealthcare. Please check your benefit plan for information regarding your mental health coverage and confirm these benefits with your provider before your initial appointment.

INITIAL TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

I provide a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to allow you to ask questions and see if I'm the right fit for you before we schedule a session. Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and can be discussed during our consultation. If you have this need, please feel to reach out, and I'll be happy to discuss your options.

FIRST SESSION

During our initial session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, outline your goals, and take time to get to know each other. Your comfort is a priority, so don't hesitate to ask any questions that may have come to mind since you scheduled your appointment.

SESSION RATES

Session Rate:  $125.00 per session

PAYMENT POLICIES

The session fee or copay (whichever applies) is due at the time of service.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American, Health Savings Account, cash, ACH bank transfer, VENMO, ZELLE.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot make your appointment, please reach out to me at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a fee of $75 will be charged for the session. Please note that insurance does not cover fees for missed appointments.
